User Rating: 1 out of 5 starsla Madeleine in The Woodlands was my favorite restaurant to take my family on Sunday mornings, after our experience there yesterday we will never go back.
There was no organization what so ever, the manager seemed to have the day off. The line sat unmoving for 30 minutes with potential quests walking away left and right.
Once finally ordering our food sat under the heating lamp for what could have been another 30 minutes until I went up and inquired - seeing the food just sitting there and collecting my own order.
Customers were clearing dirty table themselves so they could have a seat. All the tables inside and out were filled with dishes, however only half those tables had people sitting at them.
There seemed to be plenty of staff on duty just unorganized with no direction.
