User Rating: 5 out of 5 starsEveryone does the idiot thing of locking their keys in the car at some point. For me it was even worse because it wasn't my vehicle and I didn't have AAA. I was stuck in the Middle of the street at a typical non-descript Software Company when I realized my mistake. Wi-Fi was plentiful and I had my laptop so I searched around for a locksmith and found these guys. A dispatcher answered right away and said a guy would be there within 30 minutes. 40 minutes later he showed up, called me and within 3 minutes had unlocked car door. He knocked $10 off the $110 fee for being late which a minor nice gesture I suppose is. Great auto service! So $100 later and a lessoned learned. Don't be an idiot, but if you do, these guys will help ease the pain.

Prompt and Courteous: It seems like 8:00 pm is the busy time of day for locksmiths.I swear everyone in the city was locked out! I had just finished putting my groceries in the trunk of the car, shut it, reached for my keys and Voila what do you know, they weren't there. I had locked them in the car. I randomly chose this locksmith company from the Internet list and called. I had to wait on hold for a while but the girl was apologetic. They sent the technician and he was there in just a few minutes. Opened my locked car and helped me look through the groceries to find the dang keys. His fee was very reasonable, especially for that time of day. I'd call him back any time, but I hope I never have to!!
I was locked out my car after a night out. I got the number from my i Phone (its great) for these locksmiths and within 10 minutes of calling the technician was at my side and cutting me a new coded key and giving me a duplicate key.... fantastic service, I highly recommend. -

I own a business in the downtown area. I recently terminated an employee who had key access throughout the entire facility. For the comfort and security of me and my employees. I decided to have all locks re-keyed and a Digital lock installed tomorrow. The Technician was professional and knowledgeable, not just about locks but security in general. He was also able to make an extra key to my 2002 Mercury Tl. When I lost the keys to my car in the past, every locksmith I called told me to tow it to the dealer because it was not possible. Their technician had no problem making a key with no hesitation, for these reasons I would highly recommend this locksmith company for anyone who wants great service and experienced Technicians.
