User Rating: 5 out of 5 starsGreat customer service!!! I was in River Oaks Honda yesterday and bought a Chevy Trailblazer. I love my vehicle. I called yesterday morning after I saw the vehicle online. I spoke with Shanice from the internet department about the vehicle. She was very helpful and answered all the questions that I had. I have never purchased a vehicle before so I was a little hesitant, but she took the time to explain the different parts of the program for first time buyers to me. When I arrived at the dealership, she had the used car manager Tony waiting to speak with me. He made me feel right at home and took the time to explain everything to me. It seemed like I was not even there long at all. After my sister saw my car she was so jealous! I recommended that she go to River Oaks Honda and she has an appointment there this evening. She is going to get a new Honda Civic. I am going to stick with them any time that I want to buy a car.

It was a pleasure dealing with the salesman Danny. I test drove the car I came in on and it was fantastic. I had been looking for months and found the car I had wanted on their website. Although I had to drive some distance it was easy to find the dealership. Everybody that I dealt with was very professional and easy to work with. I oreder a few extra's for my car and they were able to schedule it that day and I am very happy with the quality of work that was done. I would definately recommend going to see Danny to all my friends. What a difference from the other dealers I had tried to do business with.

We went to River Oaks Honda and drove off in our new 2010 Pilot. I got to meet the owner Eddie and he was very friendly and helpful. The internet department was very helpful and had great follow up with me. They answered all my questions and we took care of everything online so that it was an easy process once we got there. I didn't have to spend my whole day there either. The new car manager Steve was fantastic and John Dillon was a great salesman. It was a great experience going there and I would recommend them to anyone.
