I couldn't be happier with the service! I needed immediate help, as two of our servers went down at the office and our tech support personnel couldn't figure out what was wrong. I found this company on Yahoo search, and decided to go out on a limb and try them. I spoke with Daniel, who walked me through some prompts and logged in to my computer remotely. He figured out the problem within an hour and repaired it within another hour. Something about a failed windows update that corrupted our logins. I've used him several times this year, and each time he's come through. Curtis is the other guy we've dealt with at Compute Rx, and he's also professional and gets the job done. I wish we'd found you sooner!
I had some kind of funky virus that refused to let task manager open up, and my computer was having all kinds of seemingly random other problems. I know one of the ladies at Shaw Insurance, and she told me about ComputeRx. I gave them a call, and spoke with Daniel Hampton, who was both polite and professional. He listened to me and asked a few questions about the problem, and then scheduled an appointment to come by and pick up my computer. He told me that the charge for the work would be either an hourly rate of $80, or a flat rate fee of $99, whichever was less.
He showed up at our scheduled time, and fixed the problem within 45 minutes, so he only billed me at the hourly rate. He even installed a different antivirus program for me, and sped up my computer free of charge! My computer is now virus free and has been so for the past two months now. I couldn't be happier! I will use this company again, and now I have somewhere to refer my friends whenever they have problems. It's a relief to find a smaller business that I can trust to do what they say they will, and charge a reasonable rate. Thanks for everything!
