I love Webster Dental care, they have only been amazing for me and my family. Dr. Krobath did my husband's dentures, and he did an amazing job, he was very patient and kind and walked him through every step. The dentures were terrific, and look completely natural. I recently had to visit for a broken crown. Dr. Krobath explained my options in a way I could understand, he was so caring and kind he eased my fears at once. I ended up needing a bridge to replace the broken crown, and he gave me two different options. A traditional bridge would mean drilling two healthy teeth and creating posts to hold the bridge. He gave me another option that did not involve damaging healthy teeth and I chose that one. From start to finish he has been sympathetic, kind and patient, and I can't recommend Dr. Krobath or Webster Dental Care highly enough.
I'm not sure what the previous reviewers are talking about in their reviews because there aren't enough words to describe how pleasantly surprised and overwhelmingly pleased I am with Dr. White and his staff at Webster Dental Care. I hadn't been to the dentist for many years because of fear and read about Webster Dental Care online and heard a commercial for it on the radio. Because they offered sedation dentistry and because I had major dental work to be done, i.e., teeth pulled, dental implants, etc.; I gave them a call and requested Dr. White. From my very first visit, I felt comfortable and safe with Dr. White. He is very soft spoken, very kind, very gentle, and extremely patient. He goes the extra mile to make you feel comfortable and relaxed. His explanations are unhurried and very easy to understand. After deciding to go ahead with treatment, I booked my appointment and requested sedation. The sedation was wonderful, I didn't feel or remember anything. Dr. White was able to pull three very bad and diseased teeth and seat the implant posts and take impressions for my implants. All in one appointment - and I slept thru the whole thing. I am now done with my treatments, love my implants, and love Webster Dental Care and particularly Dr. White. Never again will I fear going to the dentist. Dr. White even gave me his cell phone number and told me to call if I had any problems following my procedures. His staff is friendly, always available, very helpful. Dr. White is professional, very comforting and caring, and a wonderful dentist. I will recommend his practice to everyone and anyone. Bravo Dr. White and Webster Dental Care.
I can't recommend this dentist to anyone. I ended up having a bill for an additional $250 after initially paying them $861 (including what I was told insurance would pay) for a deep cleaning that was supposed to include sedation for my husband. First, the sedation did not work and he was totally coherent for his first four hour appointment, not sure what I paid for there. After his second appointment (way over sedated this time, couldn't even walk) I received a bill for over $400 dollars. When I called to inquire what my $861payment that they HAD to have up front was for I was told there was a 12 month wait period on my insurance (no real answer). They later called to inform me a $26 dollar service had been mis-billed as $226, so I only owe $250. Hmmm, I had thought they would have told me of the 12 month wait period when I was physically in their office and GAVE them my insurance card so they could check to see how much my portion would be. Yes, I am sure it is my fault for not contacting my insurance company myself, but I mistakenly thought that is what they were doing (and getting paid for) when I gave them my insurance card. I'm still undecided if I will take him back for the other two appointments because of my anger at the moment. Bottom line, call your insurance company yourself before you do business with them and take their "sedation dentistry" with a grain of salt. I would give it zero stars if it were an option.
