I bought a "Health Check Pass" from a representative of this company. Sounded like a great deal. The pass states "Consultation, Spinal Assessment, and Report of Findings (valued at $260) for only $20.00". Then you receive a free 30 min. massage. The massage was alright, but the chiropractic part was a joke. I've seen chiropractors in the passed and this one didn't do anything once he found out that I was not interested in purchasing x-rays even with my insurance. I was on the table for maybe 2 mins while he touched my spine and asked if any areas were sore. I let him know that I had an area that was sore in my mid back area. Thats when he wanted to hit me up for my insurance card and a co-pay. As soon as I told him I was not interested in using a co-pay he ended the "consultation". So it was a joke! Not sure how he is going to "Report the Findings". And if that was a spinal assessment then all other chiropractors go FAR beyond this guy. Thanks for making me feel like a number and a waste of time! The rep that sold me the pass even told me that the x-rays were included. Should have known it was too good to be true. If he would have actually done what his rep. had sold to me I would have signed up for follow up visits to help with my back pain.
