I purchased a renovated home in May of 2011 and when I turned the efficient new, high tech heating system on in earnest in October of that year, the equipment consumed an outrageous amount of fuel (I run propane). I contacted the builder and his contractors and the Munchkin (boiler) vendor and got nowhere. They all said the system was working just fine for what they referred to as a spec house . Well, Steve spent time troubleshooting the system, testing, retesting, wiring and setting the unit up... to the point it is finally working the way it was designed. If I didn t have the professional expertise of Steve and the professionals he associates himself with, I don t think I d ever be thru my heating nightmare. I think he is professional, extremely intelligent, extremely people oriented and he continuously digests and implements a wealth of knowledge when it comes to heating and A/C systems. He strives to be the best in his trade and it shows. I was so impressed, Steve is installing A/C for me. I will never chose anyone else while Steve is still in business...he sets the bar for others to follow ... if they even could come close. Chose AMT and you will never, Never, NEVER be disappointed!

STEVE REPLACED AN A.C. UNIT IN MY CONDO IN SEPTEMBER 2010. AFTER ONE FULL SUMMER I COULDN'T BE HAPPIER. I WOULD HAVE GIVEN REVIEW EARLIER BUT JUST SIGNED UP TO YAHOO.
