I have never wrote one of these before but I think this company deserves it. My friend, Sara, told me about these guys. Well the fun flavor of the yellow page advertising caught my attention and the free stain removal guide online made me call and I am glad I did. I had just had my carpet cleaned by another company (beware of companies where English is a second language) and they did a terrible, terrible job. The machine they used leaked everywhere leaving HUGE black stains all over my white carpet. I thought I was paying to have my carpet cleaned, not stained. Not to mention the fact the guy they sent over could barely speak English and was dressed in beat up surf shorts, rasta man hair, bloodshot eyes, an old t-shirt & slippers! AAHHHHHH! We all picture a carpet cleaner looking and acting a certain way. Well, just like this companies price structure, they also buck the trend in appearance and manners. I must say, it was a pleasure indeed. As for the cleaning, A++, very nice work. I asked the Johnathan how they could afford to offer such low rates. The explanation I received along with the service I received led me to write this review. Here is the very logical and straight forward answer to my question, verbatim: "Well, the owner makes us drive 4 cylinder trucks and vans. Our competitors use big v-8's that get terrible gas mileage, about 8mpg to carry around the same type of equipment. We save money by saving on fuel costs which allows us to offer discounted rates along with brand new top of the line equipment every year. Well that made sense to me because the company I had originally hired had a huge shiney van but their leaky equipment was actually smaller and did a very poor job. $9.99 Carpet Cleaners get my vote A+++ Beth C, Hawaii Kai
