Barkefellers is the next best thing apart from being home with us! Micah loves going to Barkefellers and the staff is stellar, always smiling and enjoying what they do. They know your pets name, any specials needs that your pet requires and takes that seriously. They really care and it shows. Micah is extremely timid (she was feral) and within the second or third trip to Barkefellers she was eager to get there and was going back with the attendant without us going with her, practically dragging them to the play area. She loves her canine buddies and Barkefellers is the ONLY place we trust with our beloved little girl. It's nice to see a place of business going the extra mile and providing the "Trust" factor. Unfortunately that is something we don't see anymore with businesses. I have always had someone come to the house to watch our babies, as I believe leaving them in the comfort of their own home when we go on vacation (when we can't take them), is the only option. however, folks aren't always available and we needed a back up plan. For the first time ever, we boarded micah in a suite where we could watch and check in on her. We were extremely pleased with her boarding experience and of course we had her in day care during the day. She was usually so tired at night after playing all day, she just slept and was ready for the new day to begin with her buddies. Barkefellers allowed us to enjoy our mini vacation knowing that our girl was being taken care of. That's huge coming from me! If you're looking for a fantastic place to watch over your family member and take the best possible care of them when you can't be with them......Barkefellers is the place, HANDS DOWN!
