User Rating: 5 out of 5 starsI live in a rural area, without many restaurants. Recently, I started searching for Mexican restaurants in the area. Although Coyote Flaco doesn't look very impressive on the outside, it turned out to be extremely pleasant inside! It has a tasteful, relaxed interior. The waitstaff are friendly & attentive. The food is amazingly fresh, well-seasoned, & beautifully presented. Although it is a small restaurant, the menu offers many possibilities, including several vegetarian & seafood options. So far, I've been there 6 times. Each time has been spectacular! The food is, consistently, excellent. This restaurant, in my opinion, is an amazing find!
