The Knickerbocker Mansion occupied by the Knickerbocker family is an ancient mansion of multi-storied rectangular brick building built in 1770. Now looked after by the Knickerbocker Historical Society and operated as a local history museum, the purpose of the restoration was to inform the people about the historical, cultural and literary contributions made by the Knickerbocker family.
