User Rating: 5 out of 5 starsWe refinanced our mortgage with Todd and it was a very smooth process. We compared his quote to the banks and credit unions and he saved us the most money and got us the lowest rate. How he did it no idea but I am glad we were referred to him. We are not planning on need a refi or a new mortgage anytime soon, but if I had to do it again I would go back to Spokane Mortgage.

Lowest rate and closed as we discussed. Would recommend. He will spend alot of time with you to make sure you get the mortgage that is right for you. Maybe a little to much time for my liking but overall very informative. Oh yeah not to mention he gave me a quote and it was cheaper then one of the banks.
