User Rating: 5 out of 5 starsWe had a difficult situation requiring several days of work with Roto-Rooter. Once our call was placed, David Neale was on site the same day to investigate our problem with a technician. He and Steve #3392 were very thorough and helpful. We required camera work in our pipes and cast iron pipes to be grinded and cut out then replaced. Steve worked well with our maintenance tech providing tips for the future and David provided the owners of the property step-by-step progress of the job. Thank you for your timely and hard work. We will use your services again.
