The flowers may be beautiful, but I wish you the best of luck if you need customer service beyond your initial order. After three follow up phone calls and another two messages left with the company--including promises from three different people that my problem would be resolved--it's now been almost three months. All I needed was a receipt for an order I placed by phone. Apparently, that is beyond their capability. Very disappointing, and I will not be using them again, unfortunately.
