Anna is excellent -- thorough, efficient, professional, and pleasant.

This is the first time I've been so impressed with and compelled to help promote and share a great service. After a few prior disappointing services, this West coast transplant was convinced the entire city was half-assed when it came to convenience. Anna changed my mind ten-fold and the apt is the cleanest I imagine it's ever been. She is thorough and uses a couple tried and true tricks for an ultimate clean that she'll gladly pass along. Not only was her service impressive and worth every dollar, she was nice and I trusted her completely in our absence.
