Each trainer takes the time to complete a Functional Movement Screen (FMS) to better asses a clients posture and fitness ability before engaging in any training. Through safe and effective training, a client will not only see results, but will learn first hand about the connection between fitness in both the mind and body. Our virtual group classes which include: 50/50, KB Training and Circuit Training, are taught by certified coaches who are able to tailor a class to meet all fitness levels in a safe and effective environment. We recommend that all new class participants sign up for Circuit Training, which is our foundational strength class, in order to gain clearance for higher level class and kettlebell training. No monthly membership or contract is required to train with us. All class reservations can be made ahead of time by reserving your space online.
