I just wanted to tell you that the investment we made in Bark Busters was one of the best investments we ever made. I don’t know if you remember but before we called you, Benji had bitten me as I tried to stop him from getting a piece of chewing gum that was on the coffee table. I was very close to getting rid of him but you saved him! Benji is a totally different dog. He still has his moments but he has made a 180 degree improvement. He listens; he comes when we call him; he doesn’t try to run out of the house when the door is opened; he no longer uses the laundry room as the bathroom! He’s calmed down 100%, no longer constantly looking for something to get into! He is so lovable! He got an ink pen the other day and I said, "Benji, drop it!" and he did! That would have never happened a year ago. Even the groomers love him. Before Bark Busters, he was an unruly customer. Now they love him. We host Thanksgiving dinner every year and have family members stay at the house for 3-4 days. In previous years, we have had to put him in his room (the laundry room). One year he even bit my sister. We thought during the holiday with all the people around that he was going to revert to his old self but we were wrong. Not once this Thanksgiving holiday did we have to put him in his room. We couldn’t believe how good he was. Everyone just loved on him and he ate it up! The change in dog food was the best advice you could have ever given us. We did not realize that the food we were giving him was so bad. He now eats his food at his leisure during the day instead of inhaling it all at once! And he does not aggressively try to eat every crumb that falls on the floor! To top it all off when we took him for his annual check-up in May, the vet told us he was in excellent condition. We cannot thank you enough and words cannot express how happy we are that we called Bark Busters.
