It was instantly a differ...See MoreAfter having several horrible experiences at several bridal shops I decided to visit Blossom s Bridal. It was instantly a different and relaxing experience. The staff was so attentive and seemed to have such a wonderful attitude about how the whole experience should go. They had a huge selection which I did not find anywhere else and the atmosphere felt wonderfully close and intimate, as if it really was a special day. I found so many of the styles I was looking for here and found the dress . I purchased the dress and Cindy and I discussed adding a strap to the dress to make it a bit more secure. Cindy and I have met several times now to make alterations and get the dress fitted perfectly...and every time has been a real pleasure. She is personable, up front, and very easy to work with. Not to mention she does a fantastic job on alterations! I would send everyone and anyone to Blossom s Bridal for any special occasion dress, they also have an incredible selection of accessories and shoes. She was so helpful and knew exactly what I wanted almost before I would mention it myself. She knew my name and she knew my dress every time I came in. I had a lot of complications with my dress. None of which were her fault. The problems were from the make of the dress (Davids Bridal, cheap (price wise) dress but you get a cheap (quality wise) dress...) and also the first alterations that were given from a different woman at Blossoms. The beginning alterations were not done properly. My bustle and waist alterations had to be redone THREE times. After the many problems with the dress, Cindy said she would fix everything for me. As I came in for my final fitting after Cindy had patched everything up and redid my bustle, it was almost exactly what I wanted. Now if only she had done the alterations on my dress from the beginning... All of the ladies who work at Blossoms are very helpful but Cindy outshines them all. I probably would not have made it through the wedding dress alterations experience without her.
