All I can say is that I'm glad that I took a chance on these guys. Ive read some of the reviews and while they are very positive, there were 1 or 2 that seemed to be that 'one customer you just cant please' type of review. Upon contacting these guys for the first time about 3 months ago, were asked them to clean up and speed up our family computer. Upon successful completion of that we decided to purchase their upgrade security software as well, and im glad we did. They were so successful in getting our PC fixed that my husband hired them to clean up this work computer as well. In the past three months they've earned all our business for computer repair and we couldnt be happier. Some things to note about the them that stands out: - Dont have to take the computer anywhere; they work remotely by logging into it from Seattle. It was easy and painless and cheaper than taking it in somewhere. - Very reasonable cost. No extra hidden fee's, what he quoted me is what we paid. Dont find that very often! - Very polite and punctual; The technician thats worked with us for the last few months has called when he said he would, and done what he said he would, for the agreed upon price. Couldnt ask for a better job. Overall, were very pleased and appreciate their hard work. Thanks gentlemen!
