Customer Service Nightmare
The technician did a great job. Nice attention to detail and clean windows at the end of the job.
But, the business side left a lot to be desired. This was the worst customer service I have ever experienced. The quote was not done in writing and the technician did not know the price. The price at the end of the job ended up being more than originally given. The invoice stated a price but offered no details on how the price was determined. The poor communication between the two sides of this business lead to an unjustified verbal lashing from the business side. Get all the facts before attacking your customers.
My experience did not live up to the other great reviews...make sure to get a written estimate!
Jane was not avialable when the estimate was done. The estimate was presented to her son who in turn relayed by phone the estimate to Jane. The son gave me the go ahead and I in turn gave my technician the go ahead. There was no confusion until my technician went to collect. He was point blankly refused payment. Jane just had agreed to an amount through her son who held the estimate that I gave him in his hand and now was just refusing to pay. My technician had just put in five hours putting the sparkle back in their windows and the thank you he got was, "sorry we are not paying" I am not sure where the communication broke down but I suspect it was her son. I don't think he relayed accurately, understood what he was relaying, plus I think he really did not care one way or the other. If Jane would had been there like she had agreed when she made the appointment there would not have been any misunderstanding. Keep in mind it is perfectly OK for Jane to verbally assault me and my technician but ojectcts and interprets counters to her direspect as offensive my part. Sorry Jane but this is one argument that nobody can win. It should be noted that after supplying Jane with a detailed breakdown of our work that she payed her bill without any objection. Obviously the very things that she so publically assaulted my company with was not worth a stance of non payment. Copys of my correspondence with Jane are available to anyone who wants to take the time to see them. It paints a picture of a very rude and vindictive paerson. Dennis

My incredibly high standards in life has made most services that I hire adequate and I have learned that no one normally does a job as well as I would. Mr. Glass is a company that has shown me that my expectations are neither setting the bar too high nor unreasonable. They deliver!
