Took gorgeous photographs at our August wedding. Paid in full, even extra for an additional hour of photography. Still haven't recieved the pictures and disc that we paid for, despite numerous attempts. Since January we have been told by Kathy (when she actually responded to our communications) that our pics should arrive soon but ...I now sincerely believe that those statements were lies. I feel like we have been more patient with Kathy than she deserved in getting us our pics, but it has reached a point of futility. In fact, I wonder if my husband and I will ever get the photos and disc of photographs that we paid for. It used to take 5 or 6 attempts to get a response from Kathy, now we are just being ignored completely. It's disappointing to say the least that Kathy would treat us, her paying customers, this way, especially for services on one of the most important days in a person's life. There is no way in the world that Kathy could ruin the wonderful memories of my wedding day, but boy has she sure tried. I sincerely hope that no one else has had to go through what my husband and I have been through with Kathy.
