He takes the long view on custody and business issues, provides sound advice, and works tirelessly on my behalf. David Foos brings a wealth of experience and got me a fair, better-than-expected result in my DUI case. Bowman and Associates have a reasonable fee schedule and, compared to other law offices, you get much more than you pay for with them. The College emphasizes the need for a lawyer to gain a deep understanding of the human aspects of any legal issue. In listening to Dave, I knew how much he was already sensitive to human feelings and emotions. The college, as it always does, polished and refined that understanding. Mr. David Foos negotiated with the over zealous District Attorney's office and we came to a fair agreement. I didn't feel the Public Defender would have been able to do the job- but Mr. Foos was!
