The people that work at Koons Nissan are pretty nice. However, they are both slow and criminal. Okay, not literally criminal. I took my Murano in for service and they told me I needed $1,500 worth of work. I took it to the guys I actually have do work on my cars (I let Koons change my oil). They told me some stuff Koons said should be done, eventually, but not right away, and some was just not true at all. Thanks Koons for making me wait two hours or longer for an oil change and car wash and telling me I need tons of work I don't need right away or at all.
I have been to Koons for service on my Nissan twice. Both times I left feeling good about the service I received. I bought my car from another local dealer and have been there for service too, but I definitely prefer Koons. The service writer (Susan) was professional, knowledgeable and friendly. Service was completed in a reasonable amount of time. Prices are what you should expect at a dealer, but the quality of work makes it worth it. I had an appointment for one of my visits and everything went as planned. The service tech came on a test drive with me to make sure he understood the problem I was having. The waiting room was comfortable. They offered a free shuttle to metro also.
