Does anyone know if Computers Direct is affiliated w/ Computers and Pawn located in MB? I was told by one of the employees at Computers and Pawn they were, but Computers and Pawn has since closed their doors and disconnected their phone and they have a laptop as well as a desktop tower of mine! I need to find out the name(s) of the owner(s) so I can file a complaint and have this matter resolved. I have also been told by several of their competitors the 2 are affiliated, but when I called they denied the claim, which I was also advised from one of the competitors that they would probably do. They stated they use to be affiliated, but as of March '11 were no longer and had a new owner. I believe otherwise and believe these people are all a bunch of crooks, liars, and thieves!

RIP OFF! I took my droid to them just for a cracked screen replacement they charged me $200 + for it. They said it would take a day and it took like 2 weeks. When I finally picked it up the screen did not work and they said they could not fix it. When I complained about it, they became rude and unprofessional about it. So I lost $200 and I have a broken droid. At least my phone worked when I dropped it off :(
