My appraisal was for estate purposes and appraisal dates six months apart were needed. Chandler reviewed market trends between the two dates to determine if the value differed. I called on a weekend, got an immediate response and appointment time within the requested time frame. The appraiser, Chandler Smith, showed up promptly and performed a professional appraisal. Due to the constraints of my option period, I needed the report quickly. As promised, I received a very detailed report within 24 hours and answered all my questions. I would recommend this company to my clients and others without reservation!! -

Hemade an appointment to come 1-11-12 at noon.He then told me to go on the website fill out the request and I saw the $25.00 discount for my review. Chandler showed up on time and was very thorough and courteous. A short time later I have a detailed diagram with all the measurements and a market analysison 1710 Mira Vista Leander Texas.
