Because I was only having the foot traffic area done in 3 bedrooms I was given the "special discounted rate" of $99.95. I was told that to guarantee the stains wouldn't come back it would be an extra charge-and to protect the carpet from future stains another charge-and to put the payment on a credit card it would be another fee. I had agreed to the fee for the stains not coming back until I was hit with a fee to use my credit card. Just so you know-I dealt with the fast talking owner who gave the "special discounted rate" for doing the traffic area-He neglected to tell me that $99.95 was the rate to have the carpet in your ENTIRE HOUSE cleaned. The nice young men he left to do the job were finished in about 35 minutes! Some of the stains that they missed or could not get out-I used Oxy Clean and a scrub brush and it worked great. So it was a $104.95 lesson-do it yourself!
