Had an appointment and still had to wait over 30 minutes to be called. Then we paid for the pictures. I received a call about 5 minutes after I picked up my pictures to be accused of walking out without paying for them. They had me on hold for 5 minutes to pick up and say they meant to call another customer. Talk about a buzz kill! I was furious. Even the manager seemed not to care.
