Well at first everthing was great! Them my DVR started acting up so I called for service and after I set it up for them to come out and replace my DVE she said that I will be charget $50.00 Dollares for a service call! I said what I have to pay you to come out and fix your stuff! She stated that when ever they come out they charge for it, So after one year of Comcast my Cable bill started going up from $97.00 to $130.00, I got rid of Comcast and went back to WOW and I have no problems with they or there service! I will never have Comcast in my house again!!!!!!!!!Report AbuseWrite a comment ... -
Posted on 04/09/11Comcast has been great for us, reliable service for everything. Internet, our phone services are with comcast, and cable tv. -
Posted on 02/21/11I have never had a problem with comcast. Our internet is fast and always up. We have phone and cable tv with them to and that works the best for us.
