It all starts with a bed of Royal basmati-lime rice, filled with your choice of meat. All of which are locally raised (Allen and Putnam county). The beef tenderloin is aged for a full 40 days, and the chicken is raised without antibiotics or steroids. The tomato and corn salsas marinate a full 24-hours before being served; and the tomatillos are boiled fresh daily. And our cheese, well it's incredible. We use real aged white cheddar. You might be thinking Mexican and cheddar don't really go together, but they do and it's amazing. Please do not compare us to Chipotle; the style may be similar to Chipotle, but let's all remember that Chipotle is just like many other burrito shops that were around long before they ever opened.
