I have used this company for several small repairs on personal computers, both laptop and desktop, and the service has always been excellent. They were very reliable, and willing to take the time to share extra knowledge and pointers. Their on-site service was a definite plus, as they came to me wherever the problem was, saving me the hassle of transporting my computer equipment. This actually made it easier to find the problem anyway, since they were able to evaluate not only my hardware, but also how it was acutally installed on-site.
