Although anyone with a potentially life-threatening emergency medical condition should always call 911 or go immediately to the nearest hospital emergency department, SVUC can easily provide care for your non life-threatening medical needs that require a physician's attention. Every patient will be seen by one of our three a board-certified physician partners, each of whom have over twenty (20) years of emergency medicine experience. SVUC has six exam rooms, an on-site laboratory and digital X-ray. We have the resources to provide intravenous fluids and medications, suturing of lacerations and splinting of fractures. We are open to anyone who needs care, 364 days of the year, including weeknights and weekends. While a visit to an emergency department can be a costly and time-consuming experience, it is our mission at SVUC to provide patients with a convenient and easily accessible alternative. The physicians at SVUC have created a unique medical practice in a beautiful and comfortable environment with calming amenities such as televisions in the patient exam rooms.
