Our personal training program is unique in that it is divided between classroom instruction and in the gym hands-on training, allowing you to learn all facets of personal training. So not only will you study subjects such as anatomy, exercise physiology, exercise programming, working with athletes/special populations, nutrition, and the business side of the profession in our classroom, but you will also be taught the latest exercise techniques on the most up-to-date equipment in our daily hands-on practical sessions that take place in a large gym. We even have extensive job placement assistance available to help you take that next step. We cover the following information: 100 hours of Nutrition 100 hours of Exercise Program Design 100 hours of Anatomy and Physiology 200 hours of in the gym practical experience Upon graduation, our students are awarded with a Diploma in Personal Training making them eligible for hire in the workplace.
