    Fast prompt service. Two quick phone calls, one after leaving the ship in Miami and the second once we cleared Customs and within 10 minutes we were on our way to Miami International. I not only recommend Express Shuttle, but will use them again the next time we need a ride to or from Miami Int.

    We went on a family cruise and took the shuttle to the Miami Port. Because we were traveling with my 3-year-old son, I needed an up to date car seat (reduced risk of using recalled seat). Manuel went out of his way to purchase a new one, and even though it wasn t installed correctly upon arrival, car seats in 10 passenger vehicles are not required. I appreciated that he went above and beyond what most shuttle services would have done.

    Took Express Shuttle from the Miami cruise port to the Fort Lauderdale airport. The online reservation process was efficient. We called to have the vehicle come about an hour early which it graciously did. I was very impressed with the whole package and the cost was extremely reasonable. Other shuttles were as much as three times the price.
