We are known in the area as a Beginner-Friendly studio with a focus on alignment and breath. Our class sizes are intentionally small so we can offer adjustments and more personalized attention. Each of our teachers are a minimum of 200-hours certified and are compassionate and knowledgeable. In addition to absolute beginner, beginner and open level classes, we offer gentle restorative yoga every Sunday at 4pm, belly dance, kids and infrared yoga every Tuesday at 7:30pm. Less
