Tap, Jazz, Luigi Technique, Ballet, Hip Hop and since there is no "end of the year recital," it enables Rock the Barre to offer the most flexible year round schedule. So come December when soccer is over, you won't be turned away. Tuesday night you have too much homework? Come Thursday instead. There will be "In house" shows, filming events & dance parties. Come dance where you can learn not just "a dance," but how to dance. All while having fun and strengthening your body. There are three certified person trainers & a nutrition consultant on staff, so the dancer or fitness client is cared for from inside & out.
