Cincinnati Fit Body Fitness for men and women offer :45 minute sessions: M-F at 6, 7, 8 a.m. and 6 p.m. Tuesday & Thursday evenings at 5 p.m. Saturdays at 8, 9 a.m. Personal and Group training is by appointment.
