Where there was room to connect mind to body, and to challenge our bodies to reach their greatest potential. Over the past six years, I have gathered together an incredible group of instructors who are not only Pilates certified, but highly trained fitness professionals with advanced degrees in exercise science, dance, and physical therapy, and who bring years of experience to their teaching. We work as a team to set our clients on a path to achieving their personal fitness goals through the Pilates Method and physical therapy. Our classes are small and focused, to provide you with the feedback you need to quickly see progress and change in your body. Joe Pilates said, "In 10 sessions you will feel the difference, in 20 sessions you will see the difference, and in 30 sessions you will have a new body."
