I had been in to see Steve at California Mattress multiple times before I bought a bed. I don't have a lot of money but my mom was very much in need of getting a new bed, and I wanted to surprise her with a new mattress. I had looked at other mattress stores, but I felt the most comfortable dealing with Steve, and California Mattress because they are a local family owned business and there prices and customer reviews online were unbeatable. I am a small business owner myself and I like to deal with smaller businesses because I believe you get better service and prices than from a chain store. I am very happy with the mattress I purchased for my mother she is very excited and loves her new bed. I will be shopping here from now on and sending all my friends and family there as well. Thank You Steve for taking the time to help me make the best decision for us and not pushing us to buy a more expensive mattress.

I am a satisfied customer! I went to Steve's shop, California Mattress, yesterday hoping to find a great deal on 2 mattresses for my son's bunk beds at reasonable price. What I found was a knowledgeable salesman who wasn't in a hurry to make a deal and take my money. The store is very neat and clean which is also greatly appreciated. Steve took the time to ask me questions about my situation to make sure I was getting the best item for me and my pocketbook. We also discussed some options for replacing my own bed in the future, again with out pressure to buy right away. I have to give double kudos because when the bunk beds arrived last night they were too big to fit up our stairs so we had to return them. Again I turned to Steve and he saved the day. Not only did he sell me a good bunk bed at a good price he gave me the floor model so my son would have a bed to sleep on last night. Now THAT is CUSTOMER SERVICE!!!!! I will go back to California Mattress. Support your local business men and women!!
