About half our business is in the collection of healthcare debt. Our clients range from sole proprietors to Fortune 500 companies. We offer a choice of flat fee or percentage based services depending on the client's preferences and we can provide a pro forma analysis to determine which will netback more to the client after the cost of collections. We also offer "first party" follow up (in the client's name) if the client would like to be more proactive in resolving past-due accounts within 90 days and preventing collection situations. Lastly, we offer free interfaces with many of the most popular accounting programs such as Quickbooks, Peachtree, Freshbooks, Most Dental Practice Management Systems and a large number of Medical Practice Management systems as well.
