Here at Power Yoga Evolution we perform yoga in a heated room, typically between 95 and 100 degrees Fahrenheit. Hot yoga is growing rapidly and appealing to both women as well as men, individuals of all ages, back rounds and level of fitness, because of its many benefits. It helps to burn calories, aid in concentration, stretch the spine, release tension, loosen tight joints, increase strength and tone your entire body, and rids the body of harmful toxins in the skin through sweating and twisting. All our teachers are certified yoga instructors and we provide a fun, comfortable, clean, non-judgmental environment for our students to get into shape, whether healing old injuries, de-stressing or simply taking time for themselves.
