Late 2006 I discovered my passion went deeper then just exercising my muscles. I curiously invited the calmness and balance of Yoga into my life. Since becoming aware of the extreme benefits and rewards of my own Yoga experiences I have been studying and offering a footprint to a diverse range of clients into their own journeys of Yoga.
