When developing your treatment plan, we use a variety of therapeutic modalities and techniques which are all designed to work with your creative brain, your logical brain, your physical body, your spiritual body, your five senses, and stretch your traditional boundaries. This model is holistic, step based, and multidisciplinary in nature. Initially, individual therapy is recommended for a period of time. individual therapy may not always involve talk therapy as it often includes, music, art, physical and other forms of alternative therapies. Often there will be homework assignments which may include reading, videos, cooking, and writing assignments.
