The Cafe is designed to be equally welcoming to the homeless and recently released from prison as it is to the businessperson and professional world. The Cafe employs men and women who have come out of addiction and/or incarceration and serves quality food to the residents of and visitors to the South Akron community. Open since 2011, the Cafe has gone through a few iterations, presently the Cafe serves large, robust salads, hot and cold sandwiches made to order, and a variety of seasonal soups and specials. The Cafe is the perfect spot for a business breakfast, morning Bible study, or catch-up with an old friend. Likewise, it is an ideal place to meet with a friend walking through recovery, seek pastoral advice, and live in ways that enrich the community.
