One of them is off track (passenger) and the drivers side will not roll down at all. Does anyone know of a person who knows what they are doing and CHEAP?

Most likely u will need to buy a power window motor/regulator assembly.if it makes a noise like crunching plastic when u roll it up its regulator, if u press the wndw button and u hear nothing and ur dome light dims its the motor.step one is always check ur fuses 1st,its an easy start.any Q's or info to help me diagnose it further,plz reply.
