Are there any lawyers in Balch Springs or in the Mesquite area that handle Balch Springs speeding tickets?

If you have a number for an attorney that may be able to help with a bogus ticket in Balch Springs please post. Thanks.
Also, if anyone has had the same experience of receiving a ticket for "disregarding warning of construction" on Belt Line Rd. off of I20 going towards A.C.New Middle school I would like to see your comments. This road has been "under construction" for at least 2 yrs. No one has been out there for at a couple weeks and I'm pretty sure Balch Springs is trying to raise the money to finish the job. They must be because it is ridiculous the way they are setting up these traps for parents taking their children to school at the end of the school yr. Just trying to rake in what they can before the school year is out and the traffic is gone.
My only advice is to stay out of Balch Springs. You're suspicion is probably correct. The police there are not much interested in public safety -- only in just how much money they can extort.
