where to eat after 9:00pm

Being and tech company engineer and enjoy working out after work. I can't find too many restaurants that stays open on a week night pass 9:00pm! I am a lil picky on what i ear and wants something healthy. I wish we have more restaurants selection like SF on a weeknight. Any suggestions?

Some subways close at 10pm or even 10:30pm, for example the one in the San Antonio shopping mall area, at 2500 W El Camino Real, Mountain View, CA 94040.
You can find a Chinese restaraunt in Milpitas Square, called "WuBingErYu", next to May Flower. They open at least till midnight.
If you can handle spicy,greasy food, shalimar indian & pakistani restaurant closes at 11PM. The food is tasty. Not very expensive either. The menu is limited. You order at the counter and wait at a table for our order.
There are various options. I believe the Chipotle Restaurant off Mathilda in the Olsen Cherry strip mall stays open past 9pm. The food is not greasy. The Pho place on Castro in Mtn. View also stays open late. The 3 Potrillos Mexican Restaurant on Fairoaks and Caliente Dr. also stays open.
There a bunch of places there are open after 9 pm in the Sunnyvale area. Good ones include PF Changs (El Camino & Matilda) and Chicago Pizza (Near Lawrence & El Camino). If not these, there's always pizza to carry out or the In N Out on El Camino!
The plaza at the corner of Homestead and N Wolfe has many restaurants and stores that are open until very late. Even after 9pm, there would still be quite a few open. You can find good Chinese food, drinks, and a crowd of very nice people hanging out late with friends. It might not be the adventurous experience some people would look for. But it will help you relax and enjoy the food, the drink, and the outdoor night.
New China Delight is a somewhat decent chinese restaurant, open until 11pm during the week (midnight on Fridays and Saturdays).
I know the Subway in Campbell is open until 11pm Everyday of the week. (They have a banner hanging outside that says so!) They're located on Hamilton Ave between Winchester and Hwy 17.
We go to BJ's Restaurant & Brewery a lot, which is in Cupertino on DeAnza Boulevard, right near 280. They're open till midnight on weekdays, and they have a second happy hour that starts at 10pm (except for Friday). They have great pizza and beer, but if you insist on being healthy they have lots of very good salads and soups as well :)

Depending on what kind of food you are looking for, there are plenty of places open late in Santa Clara and Milpitas. A lot of these restaurants are Asian cuisine like Korean, Indian, and Chinese. They are located mostly near Lawrence and El Camino.
