When I first went to massage school, the instructor advised us to get massages monthly or even weekly. I had never had a professional massage at that time & now I can honestly say, he was right.
I have learned so much more about self care in the past 5 years, that I can't believe that I haven't gotten regular massage prior to then. If I go more than a month now, I feel so out of sorts that it is difficult to function normally. I am more flexable, fit, and better able to cope with stress than I could imagine before....
I had been injured in a car accident over 10 years ago by a drunk driver and prior to getting massage, I was in constant pain which varied from nagging to severely debilitating. I discovered that massage is so powerful, I am not in any pain, nor am I worried about re-injury....makes you think

I work all around Austin, but my favorite place is South Austin so I opened my own business here.Dragonfly Wellness Center

I'm starting a Free Chair Massage Fridays from 1pm to 6pm for new clients. If you have never had a massage before, try it for free. If you have had massage before, find out why we're different here at Dragonfly Wellness Center. It's a 10 minute chair massage and tips are always appreciated.
