shot enterprises has once again raised the rate of their woodland mobile home park. They did not rasie it the same for all. Some are paying $30 more a month and some $60. They site the rent of three other mobile home parks but all those mobile home parks have nice amenidies. Our recreation hall is dirty and does not have heat or air. In addition there are dead trees they have know about for some time. They promise they are going to take care of it but then never do until something falls. They don't repair their road int he park and one tenet is having a problem getting a septic tank fixed. One tenet was three months in getting them to repair the electrical box.
In addition they have a manager that is always finding fault with the thnets and is extremely negative. One tenet she did't like so she has harrased her so much the woman is thinking of moving. She even discussed what she thought my politics might be with another tenet without calling me to express her concerns. Many here are living in fear and discomfort after what she did to the tenet she didn't like.
We don't know where to turn for help. What agency do we take our concerns to? Does anyone know. I ask that my name not be shown because I don't want retaliation.
