area restaurants good for groups

I am looking for a local restaurant that would be good to take groups of about 10-15 team members to. any suggestions for someplace with good food and a seating arrangement that is good for entertaining groups of this size?

There is a buffet on the other side of 101 on Mathilda from Campus.
There are many good restaurants around Milpitas which is not far away from
anywhere in San Jose. For example, the Milpitas Square (close to Cisco Campus)
has many good restaurants. You can try Darda Seafood Restaurant:

Dish-Dash in downtown Sunnyvale has great middle eastern food. They have a room on the side for 15-20 people groups.
Hangen on Castro in Downtown Mtn View is good (chinese food) and has a private banquet room that I think is good for ~20 people. Don't know what minimum size group is.
Maggiano's in Santana Row. They also have an option to order family style which makes ordering easy for large groups.

If you take the 237 East towards Calaveras, you can hit McCarthy Ranch, which is close to the Best Buy. It's about a 10-15 minute drive from Santa Clara, and it has Banana Leaf, which is a highly recommended Thai/Malaysian restaurant. The wait tends to be longer, but it's worth it! The service is excellent, and the Tom Yum soup is superb (that's how I like to judge a Thai food place). On some nights like on Fridays, you'll be able to meet the manager Oliver, and he likes to talk about all sorts of food.
If that's too ethnic, there's a Macaroni Grill right next to Banana Leaf.
