Try Kevin Boer (kevin@...). Kevin used to work for Alain Pinel and then started his own business. He helped us buy our place in San Carlos does a lot of business in menlo park and palo alto. He's a very smart guy who gave us a lot of statistics on the neighborhoods, he helped us negotiate down the price in 2005, and he's stayed in touch and helped long after the purchase.
